It’s watercolors over an a3 canson board. I altered the levels in photoshop a bit just pop up the colors a bit more, in result you can see the red pencils behind the inks but I’ve decided to let them stay, I always like to see how things are constructed in illustrations so…

Stephanie Brown is not your normal high school student, during the night she patrols Gotham as the crime fighter Spoiler.
